✨Showcase Your Teaching Philosophy

Prepare to articulate your teaching philosophy clearly. Reflect on what drives you as an educator and how you plan to support student learning. This is your chance to show how you align with the values of the schools you're applying to, so make it personal and relatable.

✨Ask Thoughtful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare some insightful questions about the school's approach to professional development for ECTs or their support systems. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the school is the right fit for you.
