We are supporting a variety of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Telford with the recruitment of experienced Site & Facilities Supervisors. Schools are looking for motivated individuals who can ensure their premises are maintained to a high standard while supporting the smooth running of the school site.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening, securing, and monitoring school premises
- Carrying out planned maintenance and basic repair work
- Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and security across the site
- Supporting compliance with health and safety procedures
- Assisting with contractor management and site access
- Preparing rooms and halls for school activities and events
- Reporting site concerns and maintenance issues promptly
- Supporting wider facilities and operational requirements across the school
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within school site supervision, caretaking, or facilities roles
- Experience within primary, secondary, or SEN schools is desirable
