Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality EYFS education and care, following the curriculum and supporting children's learning.

- Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Support the assessment and tracking of children's progress, contributing to the development of individual learning plans.

Key Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field (CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience working in an EYFS setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and the developmental needs of young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- A positive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children's development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
