We are looking for experienced Residential Support Workers who are interested in moving over to Education to work in Specialist Schools, working with pupils who have additional needs and covering all year groups across Shrewsbury. Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support and assistance to all pupils with varying SEN and behavioral needs.
- Support the class teacher to prepare and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the pupils' unique needs.
