The Role May Include:
- Taking full responsibility for a primary classroom
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
- Maintaining strong behaviour and classroom expectations
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff
- Supporting pupils with SEND where required
- Contributing positively to the wider school community
We're Looking For:
- QTS
- Recent UK primary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management
- Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Confident and adaptable approach
- Commitment to pupil progress and safeguarding
