About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Hub. You will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one and small group support, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom and SEN Hub
  • Delivering tailored learning and support programs
  • Assisting with behaviour management and fostering positive relationships
  • Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN Hub practices and support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and willing to travel to surrounding areas
