SEN TEACHER - SOLIHULL
Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday OR Part Time
Contract: Long-term, short term
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming specialist provision in Solihull, supporting a small class of pupils with additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils' academic, social, emotional and communication development.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals.
- Monitor progress and help pupils achieve their individual learning goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly complex needs.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy and a flexible approach.
- Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about making a positive difference in pupils' lives.
