Aspiring to join Aspire People in Solihull as a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis within Complex Needs/SLD primary or EYFS settings. You will assist teachers with daily classroom activities, encourage communication and social skills, and help foster independence in a safe, nurturing environment across Solihull schools.
Experience in SEND or EYFS is preferred, and patience, compassion, reliability, and building positive relationships are essential.
