Overview
SEND Teaching Assistant β Full Time | Warwickshire
Location: Warwickshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am β 3:30pm
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering inclusive learning
- Helping manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing personal care support where required
- Creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service β or be willing to apply for one (we can assist with the process or cover the cost)
