We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with a medical or healthcare background to join a specialist school in Spilsby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with complex needs in a nurturing and highly specialised educational environment.
About the School

Through a Total Communication Approach, students are supported using a range of personalised methods including Makaton, PECS, Core Boards, Eye Gaze Technology, Switches, communication apps, speech and vocalisation. The school also delivers specialist interventions such as Colourful Semantics, Lego Therapy, Thera Lego, Intensive Interaction, Rebound Therapy and Bucket Time, helping students develop communication, social and learning skills.
The Role
You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists and healthcare professionals to support students with complex medical and communication needs, ensuring they can access learning safely and effectively.
