Job Title: SEND Supply Staff (Teaching Assistants / Support Workers)
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Rate: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? Do you remain calm, patient, and supportive when faced with challenges?
If so, you could be a valuable addition to our supply team in a specialist SEN school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
This welcoming setting supports individuals with complex learning needs who require personalised support and bespoke educational strategies. As part of the supply team, you’ll play a vital role in covering staff absences and busy periods – ensuring every learner receives the consistency and encouragement they need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support in and outside the classroom
- Build trusting relationships and encourage independence and confidence
- Assist with tailored learning plans and behaviour strategies
- Promote inclusion, safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Work flexibly across age groups, adapting to different needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (SEND experience desirable but not essential)
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability when supporting challenging behaviour
