Aspire People are working on behalf of a fantastic and supportive Special Education Needs (SEND) setting within Bedford who is looking for a SEND TA to join their team. This is a full-time position supporting individuals with a variety of needs including Autism, Social Communication Difficulties and behavioural needs. You will need to be adaptable and be able to work well within a team as you will be supporting multiple learners a day.
What we are looking for:
- NVQ in Teaching Assistant Level 2 or above (essential)
- Ideally experience supporting individuals with Autism, Social Communication and or strong behavioural needs in either a professional or personal setting
- A willingness to take part in swimming lessons (essential)
We will accept newly qualified teaching assistants if there is proven SEND passion.
