We are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a male pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a primary school in Stechford. This is a full-time role starting in September and will involve providing consistent 1:1 support to a pupil who requires assistance with both learning and behaviour throughout the school day.
The pupil:
- Diagnosed with ASD
- Can be boisterous and energetic
- May run or charge around the classroom
- Can climb on furniture and requires close supervision
- Requires support with toileting

The ideal candidate:
- Have previous experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD
- Be confident managing challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner
