About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Aspire People, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs. Your role will involve providing one-to-one support, assisting in small groups, and helping students access the curriculum. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with a variety of SEN, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
- Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning plans in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
- Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, helping them to develop social and personal skills.
- Supporting with personal care and promoting independence where appropriate.
- Monitoring student progress and contributing to reviews and reports.
