Teaching Assistant – Temp-to-Perm

Term Time

Salary: £14.24 - £15.86 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30‑15:30

Location: Redbourn, St Albans, Hertfordshire

We're looking for a caring, proactive, and creative Teaching Assistant to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a temp‑to‑perm role with a chance to grow, gain fully funded qualifications, and work in a well‑resourced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students' learning in classrooms, the community, and beyond
  • Help students achieve personal and educational goals

  • Participate in personal care and physical support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Loves helping children and young people overcome challenges
