About the Role

Full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant, Hinckley and surrounding areas. Pay: 95–105 per day, dependent on experience. Start date: ASAP or when available. Contract type: ongoing, long‑term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or physical disabilities.
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group support in the classroom.
  • Help students access learning in line with their EHCPs.
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Support emotional regulation and social development.

About You

  • Experience working with SEN students in a school or care setting is essential.
  • Confident working in either primary or secondary school environments.
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Team Teach, Autism Awareness) are an advantage but not essential.
