About the Role
Full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant, Hinckley and surrounding areas. Pay: 95–105 per day, dependent on experience. Start date: ASAP or when available. Contract type: ongoing, long‑term.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or physical disabilities.
- Deliver 1:1 or small group support in the classroom.
- Help students access learning in line with their EHCPs.
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Support emotional regulation and social development.
About You
- Experience working with SEN students in a school or care setting is essential.
- Confident working in either primary or secondary school environments.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Team Teach, Autism Awareness) are an advantage but not essential.
