Aspire People are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs across Newcastle-under-Lyme.

You will work in mainstream schools with SEN hubs and specialist settings, helping children access learning, build confidence and reach their potential.

Ideal candidates have a caring, patient approach and good teamwork.

Prior school-based experience is welcomed but not essential, with ongoing consultant support and flexible, long-term or permanent opportunities.
