About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child\’s educational journey.

Responsibilities:
-Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
-Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
-Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
-Support pupils with personal care, if required
-Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
-Encourage the development of independence, confidence, and social skills

Requirements:
-Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
-A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-A proactive approach to supporting learning and development
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma) are desirable but not essential
-Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
