Aspire People are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to begin a long-term position as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. This is a full time role and you will be expected to complete typical TA duties working with SEN students. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons. * Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students. * Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment. * Supervising students during break times and lunch. * Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
