Job Title: Fully Qualified SEN Teachers – Join Aspire People!

Salary: 140 – 225 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Length: Day-to-Day Supply, Short Term Cover, Long Term Cover, and Permanent

About the Role:
At Aspire People, we work with a wide network of SEN schools across Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. You\’ll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you-be it long-term roles, short-term supply, or day-to-day cover, or permanent roles.

What We\’re Looking For:
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in UK SEN schools (minimum 6 months)
Strong behaviour management skills
A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
Up-to-date knowledge of SEN and Additional Needs
