About the Role You will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and personal development of students with additional needs, through a personalised approach that adapts to how each pupil learns best. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating a broad and engaging curriculum, including adapted elements of the National Curriculum, while setting and tracking progress against Individual Education Plan (IEP) targets. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching tailored to individual learner needs. Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
