Aspire People in Moseley, Birmingham is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 2 to 21 with Autism, SEMH and learning disabilities in a specialist setting.
You will provide individualised support in the classroom and through targeted interventions, work with teaching staff to create an inclusive environment, assist with behaviour management and personal care as required.
