Aspire People is seeking a passionate SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Walthamstow, supporting pupils aged 6-19 with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs. You will work with teachers to deliver differentiated lessons and build trustful relationships to promote learning and wellbeing.
You will contribute to individual and group support, help implement EHCPs, and use de-escalation strategies to maintain a calm, inclusive environment that helps pupils reach their potential.
