SEN QTS Teacher - Full-Time - SLD Setting (Primary)

Location: B34 - Birmingham

Aspire People is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN QTS Teacher to join a warm and supportive specialist setting catering to pupils with Severe Learning Disabilities and complex needs. This fantastic school provides high-quality, tailored education to children aged 5 to 11 and is committed to ensuring every pupil thrives in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

What we\\\'re looking for

  • A Qualified Teacher (QTS) with experience in SLD or complex needs settings
  • Alternatively, an EYFS-trained teacher with strong SEN experience and confidence delivering a sensory-based curriculum
  • Someone who is resilient, adaptable, and truly passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative, multi-sensory lessons that meet diverse needs and abilities

About the Role

  • Teaching small groups of pupils with a wide range of complex needs
  • Working closely with a skilled team of TAs and other professionals (e.g., speech and language therapists, physiotherapists)
  • Differentiating lessons in line with EHCPs and individual targets
  • Fostering communication, independence, and personal development
