We are working closely with several long-standing SEMH schools in the Lichfield area and are currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary-age pupils. These schools have a strong track record of providing a nurturing and structured environment that helps children overcome their emotional and behavioural challenges and reach their full potential.
The Role
As an Experienced Teaching Assistant in an SEMH setting, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement individualized learning plans and behaviour strategies, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed. Your role will include providing one-to-one or small group assistance, supporting students with their academic work, and helping them develop vital social and emotional skills.
Key Responsibilities
