Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a primary school setting. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Helping children regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively

- Building trusting and consistent relationships with pupils
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have recent experience working within a UK primary school

- Have excellent behaviour management skills
