Aspire People is recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to work across Northamptonshire schools. You will support students with SEMH needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop emotional wellbeing in a variety of settings, from mainstream to specialist SEMH environments.
Ideal candidates have SEMH experience, strong communication and empathy, and a patient, resilient approach. DBS checks are expected; Level 2/3 TA qualifications are advantageous.
