Aspire People is seeking two compassionate teaching assistants to join a SEMH school in Lincoln on a full-time, long-term placement with the hope of becoming permanent.
You will support a teacher and another TA in a small, inclusive class, help manage challenging behaviour, and facilitate learning activities. Driving is required; start date ASAP; pay is £95–£110 per day.
This role is ideal for candidates with UK school experience and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
