Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our Stamford and Oakham schools on daily and long-term supply contracts.

You will support students with SEMH needs, help them engage with lessons, and assist the class teacher to maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires patience and empathy, with strong communication to work with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
