The Role
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Helping pupils engage with learning.
- Building trusting relationships with students.
- Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals.
- Providing personal care where required.
