Role Overview
- Provide targeted academic support to students across KS3 and KS4 in your specialist subject.
- Lead one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress and attainment.
- Support teachers in preparing engaging lessons and delivering classroom activities.
- Promote a positive learning environment by assisting with behaviour management.
- Offer tailored support to students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.

Candidate Profile
- A 2:1 or above degree from a Russell Group university (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or Languages desirable).
- A genuine passion for secondary education and long-term interest in teaching.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and resilient when supporting young learners.
- Previous experience with teenagers (tutoring, mentoring, youth projects) is an advantage.
