Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants in Scunthorpe.

This particular school is looking for a passionate and driven Teaching Assistant to provide effective support to their SEN pupils across the school on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support to teachers, including assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and intervention.
  • Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and managing classroom resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to meet their requirements.
  • Supervise students during break times, outings, and other activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
