School Receptionists

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Are you a Receptionist with experience in a school environment or similar sector? We are looking for candidates who are available for temporary work.

It is advantageous to have previous school receptionist experience. However, strong receptionist experience in a similar sector will also be considered.

You MUST BE willing to work on a temporary basis, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available throughout the school year, with varying durations.

There may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent contract within the schools, but this is not guaranteed.

Please only apply if you understand that the roles are temporary, as and when required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Welcoming students, guests, and parents into the school
  2. Following safeguarding protocols
  3. Answering and filtering telephone calls
  4. Responding to emails and correspondence
  5. Typing letters and memos
  6. Filing, faxing, and photocopying
  7. Dealing with parents and pupils

Requirements:

You will be required to fully register with us, including providing right-to-work documents and obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS check. The DBS process will be handled by us but will incur a cost of £47.20 unless you already have a DBS registered on the update service. Please only apply if you are able to do this.
