Are you looking for work in a school environment? It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some School Office Manager experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. The school requires the Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth administration.
You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm. There will be full-time and part-time positions available throughout the school year, and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School Office Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
- Managing budgets
- Supporting HR/Finance functions
- Acting as the central point for office efficiency
- Maintaining a productive work environment for all employees
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
