Are you a seasoned HR Advisor? I have a client seeking a HR Advisor to work within education across multiple settings in the Walsall Area. My client will consider applications from both qualified and unqualified HR Personnel.

Role Responsibilities include:

  1. First port of call for any HR queries
  2. Performance management
  3. Employee Relations
  4. Policies – updating, advising, ensuring policies are family-friendly
  5. Amendments to contracts
  6. Onboarding
  7. Absences
  8. Wellbeing
  9. Referencing
  10. Benefits
  11. Guiding managers

You will be required to fully register with us, including providing right to work documents, along with obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS. The DBS will be processed by us at a cost of Β£57.00 unless you already have one registered on the Update Service. Please only apply if you are able to do this.
