Responsibilities
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs around the school grounds

How to prepare for a job interview at Aspire People
✨Know Your Responsibilities

✨Show Your Problem-Solving Skills
During the interview, highlight specific examples where you've tackled maintenance issues or completed odd jobs effectively. Schools value practical problem-solving skills, so share stories that demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and resolve issues independently.

✨Emphasise Teamwork
While you'll often work independently, teamwork is crucial in a school environment. Share examples of how you've collaborated with others in previous roles, whether it was coordinating with staff or assisting colleagues, to show you're a team player who can contribute positively to the school community.
