School Administrators – £14.00 – £16.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Typing letters and memos
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Dealing with parents and pupils
Requirements and Considerations
You must be willing to work on a temporary basis between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There will be full-time and part-time positions available throughout the school year which run for varying durations. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is NOT guaranteed. Please only apply if you understand that the roles are temporary, as and when required.
It is advantageous that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. Applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered.
Application and Compliance
You will be required to fully register with us, including providing right to work documents, along with obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS. This will be processed by us but comes at a cost of £47.20 unless you already have one registered on the Update Service. Please only apply if you are able to do this.
