Experienced school administrator\\n\\nI am looking for experienced school administrators to be available for short and long term contracts. You must have experience within a school, and have worked in this environment. \\n\\nI am looking for people who can work at short notice, work on short term contracts covering in school when there is staff shortages, due to either planned or unplanned sickness.
\\n\\nDo you have school experience?\\nHave you used school systems previously?\\nAre you free at short notice?\\nCan you work on short/long term contracts\\nDo you have a DBS ?\\n\\nYou will be responsible for all the day to day administration in the school office, dealing with the following. \\nOversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring that school systems run efficiently.\\nProvide support to staff, students, and parents, offering excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.\\nManage school records, including attendance, student files, and documentation.\\nCoordinate school events, meetings, and communications.\\nAssist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and managing school resources.\\nMaintain and update school policies and procedures.\\nSupport the Principal and senior leadership team with day-to-day management and strategic planning.\\nEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and health & safety standards.\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\nProven experience as a school administrator or in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.\\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.\\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\\nKnowledge of school policies, procedures, and regulations.\\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\\nDiscretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.\\nA positive, proactive attitude and a passion for contributing to the educational success of students.\\nDesirable Skills & Qualifications:\\n\\nExperience working with student information systems (SIS) or other school management software.\\nA qualification in school administration or a related field.\\nPrevious experience in a leadership or supervisory role.\\n\\nAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
