Aspire People is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established two-form entry primary school in the M27 area of Manchester, who are seeking a committed Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The Year 2 team works collaboratively, with shared planning and strong TA support, particularly around phonics, writing, and SATs preparation.
The Role
- Full class teaching responsibility for a Year 2 cohort
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Preparing pupils for end of KS1 assessments in a supportive, low-pressure way
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider KS1 team
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
