Aspire People is recruiting a passionate unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Manchester.
This role is perfect for individuals who have experience working with children in schools, youth services, or child support roles over the last 2 years but don't hold formal qualifications. Your experience matters, and we'll support you to grow your career.
The Role
- Support classroom teachers with daily teaching activities
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum
- Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning habits
- Support emotional wellbeing and social skills development
