Aspire People are seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in a UK primary setting.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to implement strategies, de-escalate behaviours, and help pupils regulate emotions.

The role involves building trusted relationships with students, collaborating with teachers and SEN staff, and contributing to personalised plans to help pupils succeed within a traditional classroom environment.
