This role focuses on supporting pupils in KS2 who require additional academic and emotional support. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting with differentiated Maths and English tasks
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
- Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience
- Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff
- Supporting transitions and unstructured times
