We are keen to hear from adaptable candidates who have recent UK school experience and are available for daily supply, part-time work or longer-term placements during the remainder of the autumn term and beyond. The Role: - Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities - Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support - Assisting with reading, writing, Maths and other curriculum activities - Helping maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines - Supporting pupils with SEND where required - Preparing resources and assisting with classroom organisation - Encouraging pupil confidence, participation and independence Essential Requirements: - Relevant UK-based school experience within the last two years - Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a comparable school support role - Strong communication and teamwork skills - A flexible, dependable and professional approach - A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education Candidates with experience across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or SEND support are encouraged to apply.
