This role is ideal for graduates considering future careers in Educational Psychology, Child Therapy, SEND support, Speech and Language Therapy, or becoming a SENDCO.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Working closely with children on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social development
- Supporting classroom engagement and behaviour strategies
- Working alongside teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals
- Helping create a positive and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a degree in Child Psychology or a related field
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Be patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be interested in progressing within education or child-focused services
- Previous experience supporting children is desirable but not essential
