The Role
- Assisting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and supporting the educational needs of students.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need extra help, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

- Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources for lessons.

- Providing pastoral care and support to students throughout the school day.

About You
- Has a genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their educational development.

- Has excellent communication skills and is a team player.
- Experience working with young people, whether in a formal education setting or other support roles, is desirable but not essential.
