About the Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children across the primary school age range. Whether it’s helping students with their classwork, supporting small group activities, or providing one-on-one assistance, your role will be vital in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom.
  • Work with small groups of students, providing tailored support to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Assist with classroom activities and ensure students are engaged and on task.
