Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Job Coach in Rugby to support SEN pupils aged 18+ in employability and workplace skills. We offer full-time, part-time and ad hoc cover opportunities with daily pay between £120 and £135, dependent on role and experience.
You will work 1:1 or with groups, helping students develop confidence, independence and communication, while building strong partnerships with schools, employers and colleagues. Safeguarding checks apply.
