Residential Support Worker in Education β Lichfield β ASAP. A Special Educational Needs School in Lichfield is looking to appoint SEMH support staff for children with Autism/SEMH and associated challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities
- Cover day-to-day, short- and long-term bookings.
- Support pupils alongside the class teacher and other staff, supporting pupils with everyday school life.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as needed, acting as a source of support to motivate, engage and ensure pupils are happy and engaged.
