Are you seeking a new role to work in a school? We have got the perfect job for you! Aspire People are looking for experienced Office Managers to work in schools within Redditch. This is a full time role and there may be options to work on a permanent basis. You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:00pm.

As a School Office Manager your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing admin functions
  • Managing clerical staff
  • Handling student records and attendance
  • Acting as the primary liaison between staff, parents and pupils
  • Supervise, train and appraise the performance of the team

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF Β£56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
