Are you a qualified teacher who is looking for Teaching Assistant work? Whether you have been out of the classroom for a while, or you are simply looking to take a step back from full teaching responsibilities, Aspire People will be able to support you in finding a TA role. We have long‑term and short‑term/daily positions on a full‑time and part‑time basis, so whatever your needs, we will have a role for you!

Requirements

  • A Level 3 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification
  • An enthusiastic, well‑motivated and talented classroom practitioner
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • Recent primary school experience within the last 3 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Updated Service (if you do not have this, we will require you to apply for a new DBS)
  • Able to provide at least 2 references covering a minimum of 2 years
